An excellent job well done.

We engaged John to act as our agent for the sale of a rural block of 20 hectares. We found John to be very personable and professional with a good knowledge of the market. He was diligent and listened to our concerns. It was a difficult market to sell into after the covid spike and with high interest rates prevailing he did a very good job. We would not hesitate to recommend him to other sellers.

Helped us with the sale of our rural property

I wanted to thank Garry and Anthony for their help with the sale of our rural property. We decided to go with a local agent as these sales tend to be very different to a city or suburban sale. The team showed a strong understanding of the area and buying conditions, and were able to line our open homes up with other listings that they had in the region... an important consideration when people were travelling up to 2 hours for a 30-minute open home! The transaction itself went smoothly, and inspections (both open homes and private appointments) were managed professionally.
